Microsoft is planning to change the Activity feed in Microsoft Teams. Users will now have access to more options as they will now get to choose the type of notifications they would like to see. Since the pandemic, Microsoft Teams has undergone a tremendous transformation with updates all geared towards making the application more user-friendly.
Customizable notifications
At this point, it is important to note that users already have the option to customize the type of notifications they would like to receive. What users have no control over is what shows up in the Activity Feed. These notifications can be a bother, but now, you have the chance to choose which notifications you want to show up.
More control
Microsoft is now making the Activity Feed more useful by allowing Teams users to configure the notifications manually. Although the update is currently under development, it is expected to be received later this month.
