The tech giant even acknowledged the bug in Windows 10 build 18362’s release notes. This compelled Microsoft to block the May 2019 Update on the affected systems. Microsoft stated: Microsoft kept its promise and the new drivers will apparently be released very soon. An engineer from Creative, Ryan recently confirmed the news on Reddit.

Creative X-Fi sound card drivers will support Windows 10 v1903

He said that the upcoming drivers for Titanium, and Xtreme Gamer, Xtreme Music will also support Windows 10 v1903.  Microsoft is currently testing these drivers and the company announced that they would be available in the next few days. It looks like Microsoft is planning to release them as a part of May 2019 Update.  Windows 10 users who recently upgraded to Windows 10 version 1903 welcomed the news. Some of them were even forced to remove Creative sound cards from their devices. The problem behind the bug is still unknown and there is no official word from Creative. However, some speculations suggest that an outdated certificate is triggering the bug for Creative sound cards.  Others users how have Titanium HD cards are still waiting for the upcoming driver update.
