The China Compulsory Certificate, which maintains the safety of products imported and sold in the country, recently certified the new Surface Pro device. Reports even suggest the Surface Pro 5 is ripe now to hit the market. However, no further details are revealed in the leaked certification. The specs and features for the upcoming Surface Pro product remain scanty, but it won’t be long before we learn about the details. While it is possible the launch of the next Surface Pro could take place later this month, May is also a potential window for debut since Microsoft will also hold the Build Developer Conference next month. So far, the latest rumors indicate that the Surface Pro 5 will include the Intel Kaby Lake processor. In terms of design, the device won’t be bringing anything new to the table, save for an improved display and software features. A USB-C support will also be a no-show in the upcoming Surface Pro. As for the second-generation Surface Book, debut for the device might be delayed as Microsoft appears to be needing more time to complete work for it. So instead of launching alongside the Surface Pro 5, the next Surface Book could see the light of day in the fall of 2017. Are you eager to get your hands on any of these devices? Let us know.
