Cumulative update brought no new features, which is completely expected and normal. Firstly, because cumulative updates usually just bring system improvements and bug fixes, and secondly, because new features are being developed for the new versions of Windows 10. As for the improvements brought by cumulative update KB3205383, they’re mainly related to performance in Windows 10’s browsers, and system’s security. The new update addressed the issue with  search suggestions and suggested sites feature, and time zone updates in Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge. Additionally, there are security updates for Microsoft Uniscribe, Microsoft Graphics Component, the Windows OS, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Windows Hyper-V, Windows kernel, and the kernel-mode driver. Other two versions of Windows 10 received cumulative updates, as well. Windows 10 version 1607 got cumulative update KB3206632, while Windows 10 version 1511 received cumulative update KB3205386 .
