The Edge browser is one of Microsoft’s favorite children, and lately the company managed to roll out a series of important improvements and extensions to Edge. The new Breeze extension now allows Edge users to launch new tabs more easily, the Office online extension lets users create and modify Office documents straight from the browser without having to install the Office package, while the LastPass extension helps you to better manage all your passwords under a single one, LastPass master password. This month, the Edge browser also received huge security patches, as Microsoft anticipates possible hacker attacks. In its never-ending wish to bring Edge to the spotlight, Microsoft also published the results of a battery experiment, claiming that its browser consumes 70% less battery than Chrome, and 15% less battery than Opera. The latest improvement brought to Edge is the Evernote extension, allowing you to connect to the note-taking platform and write down everything that comes to your mind. The extension is available only to Insiders running the latest Windows 10 build 13472. The good news is that the Evernote extension is here, the bad news is that some features are not fully functional, as Microsoft explains: Have you already downloaded the extension?
