The Support and Recovery Assistant is an easy to use app that asks users simple questions regarding some common Office 365 problems. The app will also make attempts to implement certain resolutions on the behalf of the user. If you’re interested in getting the app, download and install it from diagnostics.outlook.com. After using the tool, Microsoft would like if users could provide feedback in order to help make the Support and Recovery Assistant much better than it is now. Users are not required to do this, however. Would you like a version of this app for your favorite operating system where Office supported?
